With experience in various roles from therapist, prevention specialist, and program director, Haylee enjoys helping young children, teenagers, and adults achieve balance in everyday living. Her expertise include mental health therapy, chemical dependency counseling, curriculum development and instruction, care management, and substance misuse prevention and education. Haylee has extensive experience working with youth and caregivers in various settings from the foster care environment, inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, to private practice. Haylee holds a belief that every child has a voice seeking to be understood. Through compassionate therapy every child can thrive at school, at home, and in social settings. She believes that adults who may feel stuck in their life journey, disconnected, or simply seeking to be heard can achieve emotional and mental balance through empathetic therapy tailored to each individual’s needs. Haylee offers a person centered approach incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques geared towards your individualized goals. Haylee is passionate about improving the holistic well-being of individuals to promote individual, couples, and family resilience. Haylee holds a Master's degree in Social Work and an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She is credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Associate, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor - Intern, and a Registered Certified Prevention Specialist. Shonta has training and experience working with a wide range of populations addressing an array of life issues in the addictions field. While in college, she interned at a treatment center and at a community outreach center that specifically focused on providing services to the homeless population. She has worked with adults of various ages in outpatient and inpatient settings. Shonta currently focuses on harm reduction interventions. She believes that while the populations she has worked with have varied greatly, the life struggles and challenges addressed have been more similar than they are different. Shonta incorporates empathy and humanity into her work each day. As a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Shonta is a DWI treatment group facilitator at ADIA Therapeutic Services. Lily keeps things in motion as the office assistant. She is currently pursuing a degree in business and marketing, a skill set that contributes to her role at ADIA Therapeutic Services. In her free time, she enjoys snow skiing in the winter and fishing, boating, and doing all things ocean related during the summer.
